Off to Phoenix tomorrow

One of my latest things is...ripping my diaper off. If I could be a little nudest, I would be. Mommy found me naked in my crib the other day with my diaper sitting in the corner. I just gotta be free!!

Mommy and I have to go to Phoenix tomorrow because I have an appt with the gastroenterology (GI-the butt) doctor. We are excited because this is a new doctor for me. I had been seeing a specialist at Phx Childrens Hosp but I am switching to one that specializes in spina bifida kids. I have been having so many problems...within an 8-10 day cycle, I am severely constipated, then once everything comes out, it comes out too much and then I have diarrhea. It is driving my mommy crazy trying to find the right dosage of medicine to keep me somewhat regular. My abdomen gets sore and bloated and is very uncomfortable so hopefully this doc can assist us a little more.

I did very well in Physical Therapy today. Although I was a little tired and moody...I did go from a lying down position to sitting on 5 seperate attempts. Yoo-hoo!!

Our 1st day babysitting London

Today...I babysat my nephew, London for the first time. Well, actually Mommy did, but it was our first time alone with him for hours on end. I think Mommy did okay with a 3 month old and a 15 month old at the same time. We thought we would make it easy on her and nap most of the time. Whenever London would start crying I would help rock him for comfort. I often try to play with him...but Mommy said he's still too little and not ready for playtime.

New swing

Ashton and Daddy put up my new swing last weekend...I love it...but only for about 5 minutes at a time. I always take a little while to get used to new things. Not one for change...a lot like mommy.

Yesterday, during Brenda therapy (Early intervention), I stood up for almost 15 minutes. YEA!! I did have assistance from Brenda though...she locked my knees for me. I can't wait until I can stand on my own. Brenda also brought a new therapist with her, Jenny was her name. Jenny will be helping other kids like me.
